What happens after you order
  1. Check out securely with Stripe.
  2. You're taken straight to a short patient form (required): name, date of birth, sex, shipping address, phone and email. We can't order your kit until it's complete.
  3. We place your kit order with the lab. You may get an email from Fullscript, the platform we use to order lab kits.
  4. Your kit ships to your door. Collect at home and mail it back with the prepaid label.
  5. Your results report arrives about 4 weeks after the lab receives your sample.
🔒 Your information is private. The patient form is HIPAA-compliant, and your details are used only to order and ship your test.
